Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be returned within the 30-day return window.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Include any original tags, labels, or accessories, where applicable.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt before store credit is issued. Items that do not meet the above requirements may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please include your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Any supporting information that may help us process your request

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Return Authorization

Return authorization is required before returning an item.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning the item.

A return shipping label may be provided depending on the reason for the return.

Return Inspection

Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected to verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements. If approved, your return will proceed in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, approved refunds are issued as store credit only. Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Processing typically takes 7–14 business days.

For items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to the Wrong or Defective Items section below. Different resolution options apply in those cases.

Return Eligibility Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Final sale items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Restocking Fee

A $10.00 restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Returns That Do Not Meet Our Requirements

If a returned item does not meet the return eligibility requirements, the customer will be notified after the inspection is complete.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or believe your item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team via email at info@thedrizzled.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, you may choose from the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the correct or undamaged item
  • Store credit for the full value of the item
  • A full refund to your original payment method

No return of the item is required before a resolution is provided in eligible cases.

If part of your order is missing, please contact our customer support team via email at info@thedrizzled.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and details of the missing item(s) so we can investigate your request.

How long does it take to get my shirt?

Shipping to Canada or most US addresses usually takes 8 to 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link. If you haven’t received it after two business days after purchase, please contact us via IG @thedrizzled

How about the size/ fit?

The garment runs regular size, if you desire an over size fitting, simply order one size up.

Machine wash, cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach, Tumble dry: low heat or hang dry; Iron, steam or dry: low heat. Do not dry clean.
