Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund Method

For change-of-mind returns, approved refunds are issued as store credit only. For items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full refund to the original payment method may be available once the claim has been reviewed and verified. How long does it take to get my shirt?

Shipping to Canada or most US addresses usually takes 8 to 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link. If you haven’t received it after two business days after purchase, please contact us via IG @thedrizzled

How about the size/ fit?

The garment runs regular size, if you desire an over size fitting, simply order one size up.

There’s a size chart for reference on each product page.

Care instructions

Machine wash, cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach, Tumble dry: low heat or hang dry; Iron, steam or dry: low heat. Do not dry clean.
